Product Usage

It is suitable for mixing, emulsification, color matching, injection spinning, heat transfer and other processes in fine processing, plastics, synthetic fiber, mining and metallurgy, etc. It is especially suitable for cleaning media with low flow and high mixing requirements of medium and high viscosity ≤ 106 centipoise.

Applications

● Application of SH-type static mixer in acrylonitrile amide plant.

In the production of deep acrylamide aqueous solution in the acrylonitrile catalytic hydration system, it is necessary to prepare a 20% acrylonitrile emulsion. If the two phases are not well mixed, local overheating of the reaction bed will affect the catalyst life and monomer quality. A domestic petrochemical company used the SH-type static mixer of Silpu Company in the monomer production part of the annual output of 200 tons of powdered acrylamide unit, and achieved good results, and the monomer quality met the requirements.

● Application of SH-type static mixer in fuel oil prepared by mixing residual oil with water.

A domestic factory mixes 20% water into the residual oil, and then adds 1% emulsifier to make fuel oil for nozzle combustion. The SH-type static mixer of Silp is used to emulsify the fuel oil. Delamination meets the technological requirements.
