When mixing high-viscosity materials, if the materials produce agglomeration and finally need to be defoamed, the double planet appears to be inefficient. So the planetary disperser plays a role. It adds a set of high-speed dispersing device on the basis of double planets. The high-speed dispersing device can effectively prevent materials from clumping and easily crush the materials. The low-speed planetary stirring blade pushes the materials to the high-speed dispersion area for thorough dispersion and mixing. The wall scraper that can revolve, the thermometer that controls the temperature of the material, and the vacuum operation are all standard options of this model, and the container can be coated according to the characteristics of the material.

The model has two combinations to choose from, single frame, monodisperse and double frame, and double dispersion. The mechanical drive variable speed transmission controlled by the frequency converter can choose different combinations of power and stirring form to obtain the required performance. The PLC control system can not only control the equipment, but it can also be connected with a remote PC computer installed with automatic processing programs to optimize production time and reduce power.

Structural features

This machine is composed of base, kettle cover and transmission system, kettle body, hydraulic lifting system and electric control system. The base is a welded structure. The kettle body is made of stainless steel, with rubber casters and discharge ports at the bottom, and positioning clamping buckles on the outer wall.

The kettle cover and transmission system include: kettle cover, three operating mechanisms, sealing device, reducer, motor and frequency converter.

The hydraulic lifting system includes: plunger, oil cylinder, oil tank, sealing device, motor, gear pump, valve, pipe and other components.

Electrical control system: This system is a complete set of equipment control operations. It is composed of electric control cabinet and operation button panel. All moving parts have rigorous interlocking, easy to operate, safe and reliable.
