The double planetary mixer contains two stirring blades. The two stirring blades rotate around the common axis along the container wall while rotating around their own axis. The paddle rotates and advances around the container, continuously taking away the material on the container wall and bringing the material to the middle. After one revolution, the paddle has passed through the entire container. After 3 revolutions, most of the materials have been fully mixed. After only 36 revolutions, all the materials have been completely mixed.
This machine is especially suitable for dissolving, mixing, mixing and reacting materials from powder to high viscosity and high density. Different stirring paddles can be selected according to different production processes and material characteristics.

Equipment performance characteristics
1. The (trapezoidal) soft seal between the mechanical seal and the kettle body allows the material to be operated under vacuum;
2. The kettle body can be heated by electricity, steam, water and oil circulation. The unique temperature detection device on the drive shaft ensures that the material temperature error is less than ±1°C, and the jacket, the bottom jacket, the inner coil of the jacket, and the deflector can be cooled;
3. The inner wall of the kettle is finished by a large vertical lathe, and then automatically polished by a large polishing machine to ensure that the movable scraper (applicable to sealant) on the planet carrier is rotated to completely scrape the material on the inner wall of the kettle;
4. Twisted frame type stirring paddle in the kettle (1mm distance between paddle and paddle, paddle and barrel wall), which rotates at the same time as it revolves, so that the material flows up and down and around, so that the mixing effect can be achieved in a short time;
5. The revolution and rotation of the stirring paddle in the kettle adopt variable frequency speed regulation (variable frequency motor).
